This is an unauthorized adaptation of Italo Calvino’s book Invisible Cities. It is a work of interactive fiction that crosses the line of literary fiction and game design.

This stories in Invisible Cities serve as a backdrop for two stories: one about a young woman who works in the Invisible Cities as a hostess, playing the roles for women that are described in the book. The second storyline involves a paper puppet theater adaptation and a fight against Google that extends into the future. The choices the player can make in this game involve life choices that cannot be reversed.

I hope you will give this game a try. Today it is the form of a PDF, and in the future, it will be adapted into a proper video game. But it can be played today.
